ISIS clams Resposibility of the Russian plane in Egypt. Read full details.

Moscow - Russia's Investigative Committee said on Saturday that it was checking fuel samples from the last refueling stop, in the Russian city of Samara, of an airliner that crashed in Egypt, RIA news agency reported.
The committee's spokesperson, Vladimir Markin, also said investigators were questioning people who were involved in preparing the aircraft and its crew and carrying out searches at Moscow's Domodedovo airport where the airline that operated the plane is based.
Earlier in the day the committee said it had opened a criminal case against the airline.
Meanwhile a militant group affiliated to ISIS in Egypt claimed responsibility for the downing of the Russian passenger plane.
The claim of responsibility was also carried by the Aamaq website which acts as a semi official news agency for the Islamic State.
Egyptian security sources earlier on Saturday said early investigations suggested the plane crashed due to a technical fault.

Bucharest nightclub fire kills at least 27. last night fun turns tragedy.

Bucharest - An explosion and fire late on Friday in a packed Bucharest nightclub killed at least 27 people, an emergency response official in the Romanian capital said.
Some 180 others were injured in the explosion, Raed Arafat, a government official responsible for emergency rescue services, told the Romanian news agency Mediafax.
President Klaus Iohannis said on Facebook he was "shaken and deeply saddened" by the tragedy.
"It is a very sad moment .. for our nation," he said.
A crisis meeting of the government was scheduled to take place early on Saturday. The Health Ministry called on Romanians to donate blood.
As state prosecutors opened their investigation, there was no official statement on the cause of the explosion and fire.
Several eyewitnesses quoted in media reports said a fireworks show in the Colectiv nightclub set fire to a pillar near the stage covered with sound-insulating foam.
A guard was said to have tried unsuccessfully to extinguish the flames, but the fire apparently spread to sound-insulating material on the ceiling and wall.
A massive panic ensued among the estimated 200 customers in the nightclub, and some were trampled in the rush of people trying to leave.
The bodies of several of the dead were found inside the nightclub.
During a safety check at the club 10 days ago, police found too few qualified people on hand, and issued it with a fine.
The fire occurred during a concert by the Bucharest-based metal band Goodbye to Gravity.

Bride-to-be dumped an hour before her wedding – writes heartfelt letter

Cyndi Maisonneuve, a bride-to-be whose fiancé dumped her as she stood in her veil an hour before their wedding has written a letter detailing her heartbreak.

In her letter, she speaks about how she was about to marry a man that was her best friend, who she’d met two years earlier at a baseball game. She describes them as besotted and said when he proposed after six months on a beach at sunrise, it didn’t feel too soon.

What she wrote after the cut…
“I was 23 and it felt as if life was coming together. People would say how good we were as a match.” But somehow everything went wrong.
She said she was “blindsided” when her fiancée broke things off as the wedding guests waited on a beach in Hawaii where the ceremony was due to take place.
In her letter to the Guardian, Cyndi says:
“He came into the room and said we needed to talk alone. “He was crying.
“I assumed he was letting the emotion of the day get to him. “Then he said it. ‘I don’t think I can do this.’ “I stood there – with the veil already in my hair. “This man who was supposed to be the love of my life was telling me he was calling off the wedding less than an hour before we were due on the beach.
“I didn’t even ask why. “I told him to leave. “
“I had to watch from the window as my sister went to the beach and let everyone know,” she told.
“While I’d been out that morning, he had taken all his clothes and passport. “He’d actually left me. “I was heartbroken.”
Cyndi had to stay at the holiday resort for a week, bumping into her ex-fiancée who also stayed on the island. She describes how she tried to pack her days with activities to stop her thinking about things, and to try and tire herself out so she would fall asleep at night.
The devastated woman ends the letter with: “The reason he gave for calling it off was that he didn’t want children and I did. He never said why that became an irresolvable issue only on the day itself.

Camp Town cop arrested with Drugs and Ammo. who will arrest who?

Cape Town - A police constable appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court on Friday after being caught with drugs and ammunition in her Table View home.
The officer was arrested after members of the police’s Anti-Corruption Unit responded to a tip-off and executed a search operation at the 36-year-old woman’s home, said police spokesperson Lieutenant Colonel Andre Traut.
"The search led to the discovery and subsequent seizure of a small quantity of tik and drug paraphernalia, 22 9mm rounds in addition to the quantity she was authorised to possess, as well as an official SAPS date stamp," Traut said.
"We have reason to believe that the member was involved in a corrupt relationship with drug dealers, which is also currently under investigation.
"Police will not hesitate to take action against any person who breaks the law, even if that person is a member of SAPS."

The information from CBN to custormers about BVN.

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Friday urged bank customers to be cautious of unknown individuals alerting them on the deactivation of their bank accounts due to incomplete registration for Bank Verification Number.
This is contained in a statement by Mr Ibrahim Mu’azu, Director, Corporate Communications of the CBN posted on the apex bank’s website.
The statement gave example of the message as:
Dear customers, due to the new BVN policy of the CBN your account have been deactivated and to reactivate call….
The Central Bank of Nigeria wishes to warn individuals and the general public that those messages are intended to lure bank account holders to reveal their personal details with which the fraudsters could use to defraud them.
It said.
The statement warned the public that neither the CBN nor their employees or agents would ever call bank customers or send e-mail/text messages requesting for passwords, card details or Personal Identification Number.
It, however, advised bank customers to personally visit their banks for any issue requiring disclosure of personal bank details.

It's a big offence now to use the word Father and Mother in the US. Other from the Court.

Earlier, the Tennesse Court had placed a ban on the terms “Mother” and “Father”, replacing them with “Parent1” and “Parent2” due to its legalization of same s3x marriage and shortly after the Supreme Court redefined marriage.
However, after receiving backlash from citizens of the state and the general public, they reversed the forms to what they were “Mother” and “Father” and discarded the neutral gender terms.

The office in a statement said:
After receiving feedback regarding a recent change made to the permanent parenting plan form, the AOC has reviewed the procedures and determined that, before making any changes to the form, the AOC should consult with the Domestic Relations Committee of the Tennessee Judicial Conference. We have reverted to the previous form and the Committee has been notified.
A Tennesse resident, Kendra Armstrong said:
Why are heterosexual parents having their rights violated? So now it’s improper and inappropriate in a court of law to refer to a parent as a mother and a father?
The court spokesperson did not elaborate on why they felt compelled to change the longtime wording or whether Parent 1 brings home the bacon or whether Parent 2 wears the pants in the relationship.
It’s absolutely ludicrous to make the term mother and father obsolete. Quite frankly, the terms “Parent 1” and “Parent 2” seem more offensive than mother and father. It’s implying that one parent is the first parent and the other parent is secondary.
Armstrong said she was incredulous when her paralegal discovered the document changes – shocked that something like this would happen in, of all places, the Bible Belt.
This is political correctness gone absolutely amuck. It’s just ridiculous.

Water crises in South Africa reaches breaking point.

Durban - South Africa’s water woes are reaching a breaking point, with the department of water and sanitation set to address the pressing matter on Sunday.
Minister Nomvula Mokonyane will address the now burgeoning crisis that has depleted many municipalities and the agriculture sector since last year, Rand Water spokesperson Justice Mohale said.
Mohale said in a statement that persistent high temperatures in Rand Water’s area of operation continued to strain its bulk water supply system in the country's hub, Johannesburg.
“The lack of rainfall in Gauteng is exacerbating the situation. The high water demand will cause localised problems in the City of Johannesburg, City of Tshwane and the Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Municipality. All consumers must use water responsibly and sparingly.”
Other areas in the country have been hit harder, though. One of those is the iLembe District located north of Durban. Here residents have often been left without running water for up to three days at a time.
Commenting on the now 50% supply restriction, iLembe mayor Welcome Mdabe said on a normal day, they supplied around 17 million litres of water.
“But currently we can only supply nine million litres a day. As a district we are not in a position to open and shut water supply at certain times as this results in damage to equipment. Water supply will therefore be reduced. Some areas will receive water and some will not. Places on high ground will suffer mostly in the late evening when water usage is low,” said Mdabe.
Areas of KZN hard hit
Another hard hit municipality was the Harry Gwala District, which is supplied by the Ixopo Dam. The KZN MEC for co-operative governance and traditional affairs (Cogta), Nomusa Dube-Ncube, has already had to intervene.
The dam was at last count dipping to a critically low level of 30%.
“Water production in the Ixopo Dam will be reduced from 2.8Ml/d to 2.5Ml/d as of today. Harry Gwala district has been in discussions with farmers upstream who have three dams to release immediately, but even with that plan it is necessary to implement water restrictions until the situation returns to normality,” said the MEC.
“As KZN Cogta we maintain that the current drought crisis requires all citizens of the province to play their part in conserving water. It is everybody’s business and government and sector stakeholders cannot conserve it alone. The department has contingency plans to ensure that no resident will go without water, even when the taps begin to run dry” added Dube-Ncube.
Umgeni Water corporate stakeholder manager, Shami Harichunder, said the water parastatal, which supplied much of KZN’s bulk water, understood the challenges but could not do much to assist.
“We can only supply what we have. Until more rain comes through we will be left in this crisis. There has been national and provincial intervention in the form of funds but realistically, water is what we require to curb this. As usual we are urging consumers to please understand this crisis and be wary of [their] usage.”

Ashleigh Habgood and Alley Williams have been best friends since they were 15 and were finally married last year. The Auckland, New Zealand, newlyweds are exactly where they want to be — except they don’t have the baby they so desperately want and there is a major shortage of sperm donors in New Zealand. The couple took to Facebook on Oct. 24 to post an “advertisement” for a sperm donor.
See their requirement list:
We are looking for sperm with the following factors:
1. A kind heart.
2. Intelligence (though this can be measured in a myriad of ways… i.e. if you don’t know what myriad means, that doesn’t mean you’re not intelligent.)
3. You don’t want to be a dad. You just want to be a cool dude that helped us out. Though these details can be discussed. And yes, the baby would know who you are… “The kind man who gave us some sperm.” NOT “Daddy.”
4. You have a clear medical history. Ideally no diabetes, heart conditions or other genetic conditions. No HIV either please:)
5. You are taller than us. Not hard, but we’re already stunted enough.

5. You’re successful in your field. (That has nothing to do with $$)
Dream world extras

Mugabe Takes a Tumble once again, African President and Power.

Johannesburg - Ten months after the #MugabeFalls debacle, the Zimbabwe leader has again taken a little tumble in public, this time in New Delhi.
Footage posted by Indian digital media company Newzstreet TV on Thursday shows President Robert Mugabe, 91, losing his footing as he walks up to a dais where Indian premier Narendra Modi is waiting.
Arms outstretched, Modi moves over to him, helping to break his fall. Two aides also rush to help from behind.

Mugabe is attending the India-Africa Forum Summit along with other African leaders.

Modi and Mugabe shake hands and then the Indian premier gently guides Mugabe off the podium.

"While descending the podium Modi ensured that the leader stepped down safely," the Newzstreet TV reporter says.
Mugabe slipped on the red carpet when returning from an African Union summit in Ethiopia in February, prompting a rash of internet memes under the hashtag #MugabeFalls.
- See some of the most popular memes from #MugabeFalls here.
Officials insisted he had in fact broken his fall, but since then aides have noticeably hovered more closely round the Zimbabwe president's elbow.
He has been in power in Zimbabwe since 1980, insisting in 2012 that he was as "fit as a fiddle". The opposition says that is not true.
Journalist @LanceGuma tweeted: "Zanu PF shud do decent thing now. This business of having a 91-year-old president sleeping and falling all over is embarrassing. #MugabeFalls.

Several hurt as plane catches fire at Florida airport.

Miami - An airliner caught fire on a runway at Fort Lauderdale in Florida Thursday and several people were injured, authorities said.
"Airplane engine fire," the Broward County Sheriff's Office said on Twitter, adding: "several injuries."
Mike Jachles, the spokesperson for the sheriff's office, toldWSVN 7 News television that "three people will be sent to area hospitals. There may be as many as seven injured in all."
He said the initial reports were of an engine fire aboard the aircraft.
"There is no fire now," he said, adding that the plane was quickly evacuated.
The plane was a Dynamic Airways Boeing 767 that was getting ready to take off for Venezuela when the fire broke out.
"Still waiting to hear the extent of injuries. And exactly what happened. But looks like quick action really made a big difference here," Representative Debbie Wasserman, whose congressional district includes Fort Lauderdale, said on CNN.

GAY MARRIAGE SINGED INTO LAW IN IRLAND

Dublin - Same-sex marriage was signed into law in Ireland on Thursday, five months after a historic referendum saw the traditionally Catholic nation become the world's first country to vote for gay unions.
"The Presidential Commission today signed the 'Marriage Bill 2015' into law," the president's office said in a statement, paving the way for the first weddings within a month.
Ireland voted 62.1% in favour of allowing marriage between two people "without distinction as to their sex" in May, the first time anywhere that gay marriage has been legalised in a referendum.
The president's endorsement was the final hurdle for the bill after legal challenges briefly delayed the legislation from coming into effect.
The first ceremonies should be possible by mid-November, according to Justice Minister Frances Fitzgerald.
Senator Katherine Zappone, who had long campaigned for her Canadian marriage to her wife to be recognised in Ireland, called it "a defining moment".
"It is a deeply emotional moment for those of us who have campaigned for so long," Zappone said in a statement.
"This victory truly belongs to the nation, it is a moment for us all."
In a memorable moment that unfolded live on national television after the referendum result was announced, Zappone proposed to her wife Ann Louise Gilligan to re-marry her under Irish law.
International gay rights campaigners congratulated efforts by Irish activists to win public support for a "Yes" vote in the referendum.
"Tribute must also be paid to national politicians in Ireland, as all the main political parties put aside their partisan differences to campaign for the greater goal of equality," Evelyne Paradis of the International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association said in a statement.
President Michael D Higgins is on a visit to the United States, so in his place the bill was signed by senior delegates of the Presidential Commission.

I think I’ll blame the cameraman and producer for this. They should have alerted the presenter. All in all, this is professional at its worst and one of the major reason NTA has to be cleansed and baptized by a professional team.

7 Ways To Tell If Your Boyfriend Is Going To Be Rich. 2 all d single ladies

Ladies, not every guy is a member of the lucky club. Not every poor guy today is worth investing in. Some are simply hopeless and will never hit it big.
Some are purely millionaires in the making. But to spare you from waking up one morning realizing you’ve invested your time, effort and youth for nothing, here’s the rule of thumb I’ve used to sift out good penny stocks.
1. He knows he is good at something
Knowing his worth is usually the first step towards wealth creation. Baby-sitting, baking, gardening or whatever so long as he recognises that the skills he honed are exchangeable for money.
2. He is self-disciplined
He has the ability to concentrate on future financial goals without swaying from everyday tasks that will lead him there. No matter how boring or unpleasant.
3. He blames himself, not others
He thinks it’s always his fault. Either partially or entirely. It might seem a little sadistic but it’s him actually knowing that he has control over his environment, decisions and ultimately his own future.
4. He lives below his means
It doesn’t mean he’s a miser. He chooses to accumulate more wealth rather than to succumb to short-lived pleasures of buying a Rolex or a BMW. Someone in the relationship has to make this sacrifice at the beginning. If not him, who else?
5. He is a doer
He doesn’t blabber on and on about how he is going to do something great. He just does it. He doesn’t complain about doing stuff. He just does it.
6. He is extremely curious….
He takes time and effort to figure out the nuts and bolts of why things work or don’t work. Opportunity sometimes arises when he stumbles upon an unserved niche.
7. He is thick skinned

He has the balls to execute his crazy plans. Whatever they may be. Failure doesn’t concern him. Or should I say he isn’t afraid of being laughed at if he didn’t succeed. He repeats 6 and tries again. Investing in men is largely based on intrinsic value. You’ll win some and you’ll lose some. But when you do win, make sure you win big.

Photos: Wife accused of hiring assassins to kill her husband so she could inherit his weath

Mr Polycarp Okumu, a Mombasa based tycoon has taken his wife to court after she hired hit-men to murder him so that she can inherit his wealth.

Ms Rose Adhiambo and her house help, Ms Doris Akinyi, allegedly hired hitmen to kill Mr Okumu at Beach Road estate in Mombas. She was detained by police for 10 days.
Police Constable Dominic Kiptum told a Mombasa court that the two suspects and

their accomplices conspired to kill Mr Ouma on diverse dates between October 20 and 26.
The wealthy businessman also known by the alias Kamili, claims that he caught his wife red handed withdrawing Ksh 1.2 million at Kenyan Commercial Bank, Naivas Branch in Nyali, which was to be used to pay the assassins. Rose was arrested at the bank while trying to contact the killers so that they can pick the money and execute the evil mission. It was also alleged she had made a previous attempt to kill her husband by poisoning but he miraculously survived.
Resident Magistrate Viola Yator allowed an application for the two accused to be detained at Bamburi Police Station.
The two suspects, however, did not object to the application to enable police to complete their investigations.
The magistrate ordered that Ms Adhiambo and Ms Akinyi be detained at Bamburi Police Station until November 9, when the case will be mentioned.

See Boko Haram Leaders Running as Soldiers Bombard Them

What we use to see before are videos of Soldiers running away from Boko Haram, but the game has change for the terrorists and their leaders, the new Chief of Army Staff does not wait for the Boko Haram men to attack, he takes the fight to them right in their enclaves and smoke them out
I think they should be shooting them with machine gun from the aircraft, not only bombs. See video:

According to the military headquarters, Nigerian Air Force strikes Boko Haram terrorist’s vehicle workshop, fuel and ammunition dumps in Sambisa Forest this week.

This feat by the Nigerian Air Force came as a result of a painstaking Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) efforts by the NAF’s Unmanned Aerial vehicle (UAV) and ATR-42 platforms.

The terrorists have several tunnel and camps where they hide but our soldiers will eventually defeat them!

Buhari warns Indians against the importation of sub-standard products to Nigeria

President Mohammadu while in New Delhi cautioned Indians against shipping fake and sub-standard foods and medicines to Nigeria, saying his government would not tolerate such act.
The president gave the warning in an interactive session he had with Chief Executives of Indian companies who have interests in Nigeria.
He also assured that Nigeria’s economy was doing well despite the fall in oil prices, expressing hope that with its abundance of human and material resources, the Nigerian economy does not have to suffer unduly from low oil prices, despite its severe impact on government revenues.
He stated that his administration remains fully committed to maintaining macro-economic stability and improving investor confidence in Nigeria.
What is required of us, to which we are strongly committed, is the implementation of tight expenditure controls, effective fiscal and monetary policies, including the husbandry of scarce resources which our introduction of the Single Treasury Account has began to address.
We are aware some of these measures may hurt operations of some businesses in the short term, but we believe they are right for a sustainable economy.
He emphasized.
The president who also noted that India has been a dependable ally and friend of Nigeria encouraged the Chief Executives to expand their companies’ investments in Nigeria “so that we can, together, turn our engagements into a win-win situation for our two countries”.
We can increase and diversify the current volume of our bilateral trade beyond US$16.36 billion, and diversify to other critical sectors such as agriculture; green technologies in power generation; infrastructure; information and communications technologies; the services sector; education; industry, especially textiles and solid minerals among others.
The President said urging the Indian CEOs, to accept the changes in policy being introduced by his administration and observe all existing Nigerian laws in running their business in the country.

PDP Senators resolve to withdraw support for Saraki if Amaechi is confirmed

image
Senators belonging to the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) and their All Progressives Congress(APC) were yesterday, preparing for a showdown over different positions on the confirmation of two of 16 remaining ministerial nominees.
It was, however learnt that Senate President Bukola Saraki was determined to weigh in on behalf of the former governor of Rivers State, Rotimi Amaechi and the ministerial nominee from Cross River State, Usani Uguru because they were caught up in a grudge war mounted by PDP senators.
Amaechi is held in contempt by the PDP Senate caucus for his role in the defeat of the former ruling party in the last round of elections. Uguru brought himself into the bad book of the PDP Senate caucus when, during his screening, he said “God forbid” to a question as to his relationship with the PDP.
Following the end of the screening of the nominees yesterday, the PDP Senate caucus held a meeting where they reportedly took a position against the confirmation of Amaechi resolving not to regard Amaechi’s nomination unless the report delivered by the Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges concerning the petitions filed against the former Rivers State Governor was brought forward for delibration.
Five nominees were screened, yesterday, bringing an end to the exercise that commenced about three weeks ago.
Moreover, the confirmation exercise of ministers which was suppose to begin immediately after was postponed by the Senate president to today.

Donald Trump says the world would be a BETTER place if Saddam and Gaddafi were still in power

The world would be a better place if dictators such as Saddam Hussein and Muammar Gaddafi were still in power, top
Republican US presidential hopeful Donald Trump said in comments aired Sunday.

The billionaire real estate tycoon also told CNN's State Of The Union talk show that the Middle East 'blew up' around US

President Barack Obama and former secretary of state Hillary Clinton, his biggest Democratic rival in the race for the White House.

'One hundred percent,' Trump said when asked if the world would be better off with Saddam and Gaddafi still at the helm in Iraq and Libya.

GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump claims that the world would be a safer place with Libyan dictator MuammarGaddafi was still in power
Trump said on Sunday that dictators like Saddam Hussein (left at moment of his capture) and Muammar Gaddafi (right) would '100 percent' make the world a better place if they were still in power

Both strongmen committed atrocities against their own people and are now dead. Saddam, the former Iraqi president, was toppled in the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq and was executed in 2006.

Gaddafi - who ruled Libya for four decades - was ousted and slain in October 2011 amid a NATO-backed uprising.
'People are getting their heads chopped off. They're being drowned. Right now it's far worse than ever [than it was] under Saddam Hussein or Gaddafi,' Trump said.

'I mean, look what happened. Libya is a catastrophe. Libya is a disaster. Iraq is a disaster. Syria is a disaster. The whole Middle East. It all blew up around Hillary Clinton and around Obama. It blew up.'

Calling Iraq the 'Harvard of terrorism,' Trump said the country had turned into a 'training ground for terrorists.'

'If you look at Iraq from years ago, I'm not saying he (Saddam) was a nice guy. He was a horrible guy but it's better than it is now,' Trump said.
